The Monument Development

EURO · NODE NETWORK

The Monument Development is located in the heart of The City of London next to the Bank of England . Consequently, its architecture and construction processes were subject to stringent standards which were met in every respect.

The Monument development comprises 8000 m2 offices, shops, restaurants and a direct connection to the Monument Station Underground.

It is of interest to note, that the monument just visible in the background marks the spot where the Great Fire of London started in 1666. The fire started in a baker's shop owned by Thomas Farynor, the appointed Baker to King Charles II

The building was completed in 1992 and houses many leading international corporations and financial institutions.
