Procter House in London

The original Procter House was acquired by Windborne International together with a European Insurance company in 1988 and for many years was the home of British Telecom.

During the 1990's a detailed planning process was undertaken for the redevelopment scheme shown beside.

The scheme involved an exciting architectural solution which doubled the original floor area of the property to 20000 m2 .

Planning permission was granted in 1995 and after a period of further design refinement the project was constructed in 2000.
